Delivery

You will receive a confirmation email from us when you order is processed. This will include a tracking number so you can track the progress of your order.  Around the holidays a delay in dispatching your order may occur and the delivery time may be extended. 

We ship all over the world. 

Shipping Costs:

  • Sweden, Denmark, Finland - 9  €
  • Europe - 15 € 
  • Rest of the world - 20 €
  • Pick-up point Uppsala - Free of charge.  

Return or exchange

You are entitled to exchange or refund items within 14 days of receiving your package. Please note that the product must be returned unused, in its original packaging and including all tags. If you want to return the product please contact us at : info@jetlagbrothers.com and we will send you an return form.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

In case of refund the original shipping cost will not be repaid and you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
